Cancellations between 24 hours after a purchase or payments will be allowed provided the product(s) is/are in good state, Not used or tampered with. Cancellation and refunds requests made after 24 hours of payments or purchases will not be initiated at all. In cases of refunds of payments the complete refunds will be done within three (3) working days from day the refund was formally initiated.
